At 35 Aishwarya isn't growing any younger & L'Oreal feels Sonam Kapoor will have more appeal among young women. It is being rumored that Sonam has been signed for a very hefty amount. Aishwarya will still continue to be a part of the brand but not their face in India. Interestingly only a few months back Ash had lost the deal of the jewelery brand Nakshatra to Katrina Kaif. Seems like age is taking a toll on Aishwarya's market value!
Aishwarya Bachchan has been five of the leading Bollywood actresses when it's come to endorsement. The former Miss World has endorsed several beauty brands including Nakshatra & L'Oreal. he has been the face of L'Oreal in India for the past eight years. But the italian cosmetic giant has signed Saawariya star Sonam Kapoor for their future campaigns replacing Aishwarya.
Although the ever so beautiful Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, has been the brand’s face for years now, the organisation has been looking for a more youthful face to launch its new range of cosmetics. However, Ash hasn't been replaced and will continue to be the older face of L' Oreal representing a woman in her 30s, while Sonam will be the face of the younger generation.
After winning the hearts of plenty of with her vivacity, Bollywood’s lady, Sonam Kapoor, is now set to become the young face of the international cosmetic brand L’oreal. The ‘Saawariya’ girl recently signed her first endorsement as brand ambassador for L’oreal, making a mark on the international modelling network.
A source reveals, "Sonam was signed for a huge amount commensurate with what the actresses of today like Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra are charging. The deal was brought about by celebrity management company, Atul Kasbekar's Bling."
